We handle complicated overseas shipping operations on behalf of accommodation facilities such as vacation rentals and hotels. Our service includes determining whether items can be exported, creating invoices, packing and shipping items to overseas addresses. We will contact customers via e-mails in English.
Based on the request from the accommodation facility, once we have received permission from the customer to provide our overseas shipping operations, we will proceed with the following steps.
① Email to the customer with shipping details and to request a payment → Pick up fee will be charged here.
② Picking up the item from the accommodation facility after receiving the payment.
③ Creating an invoice
④ Packing/size measurement and EMS freight will be confirmed.
⑤ Email to the customer to request a payment →
EMS rate / Packing fee / Handling fee will be charged here.
⑥ After receiving the payment, the item will be shipped → Email to the customer with Tracking Number.
In order to minimize EMS freight charges, we will properly pack the items after we pick them up. Therefore, please make a first payment at step ① before the items are picked up, and a second payment at step ⑤ before the items are shipped.
*A total of two payments are required. This is an important process due to the nature of international business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
